- Contingency Day for Summer exams – The contingency day set aside for nationals or local disruption to exams is Wednesday 24th June 2026. Please be aware that, in case of an emergency, we may need to set exams on these days. Make sure you are available on all three dates, even if you do not have an exam.

Certification Collection
Ex-students will be contacted via the Greatfields Outlook email regarding the collection of their certificates. The email will include details of the collection window, which typically runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Schools are only required to keep exam certificates for a maximum period of 12 months.
If, after contacting us, you find that we no longer hold your certificates, you will need to request a replacement directly from the Awarding Body. Please note that there is a fee for obtaining a replacement certificate.
