I wanted to update on a few areas:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Free School Meals have been e-mailed to parents who are eligible and I hope that you have received them. If you have not received them and you are entitled to them please call the school or contact us on office@greatfieldsschool.com<\/li>\n<li>The homework timetable has been updated from last term. Please see the link for this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greatfieldsschool.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Homework-timetable-for-school-closure.docx\">here\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00a0I cannot emphasise how important it is that your son\/daughter is completing the work they are being set each day. Our young people are already being disadvantaged by not being in school and it is essential that we minimise how far they fall behind during this period. If your child is struggling to access the work because they don&#8217;t have access to a computer and need a work pack, or don&#8217;t have pens and paper to complete the work please contact the school and we will do our best to provide your child with the resources they need. The BBC have also produced some excellent resources which you might find useful to support your child with their learning at https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/bitesize<\/li>\n<li>Some of you would have received your child&#8217;s Tracking Assessment Two at the end of last term but I am aware that many of you didn&#8217;t. We will be e-mailing all parents copies of the Tracking Assessment Two reports next week.<\/li>\n<li>I would like to remind those of you who are key workers or who are struggling during this period that you can send your child into school if you need support.
