During the workshop they examined and discussed what is meant by: consent, control and coercion and reviewed scenarios in which the five main types of abuse were apparent. They also reviewed the barriers that people can face when trying to ask for help or leave an unhealthy relationship and focused on how these issues can effect young adults.
