In this week\u2019s Art Club we continued on our theme of Remembrance Day.\u00a0 After designing their backgrounds last week, the pupil\u2019s began the task of incorporating the silhouettes into their designs, these included images of the Battle of Britain, religious symbols and atmospheric landscapes. The pupils then created their own Poppies to create dramatic contrasts to scenes depicted. The completed works of Art will join with work created at other schools in the area as part of the commemorative services due to take place this coming weekend.<\/p>\n
