The pupils set out with great enthusiasm creating a varied array of work from old CD\u2019s, plastic bottles and cereal boxes and produced objects ranging from functional book holders, decorative name and initial tags to robots. We even had a superhero mask made. Once again the pupils worked both independently and collaboratively, embellishing their creations with glitter, paint, beading and decorative thread. The room was thriving with creativity and Miss Knight, Mr Butler, Miss Parkin and our guest Dilip were amazed by the art pieces that were evolving from objects that were considered past their use by date. Over the coming weeks Miss Knight and Mr Butler will be exploring creating art from recycled object further and look forward to what our young artists will be able to do next.
