It is great to see that we are building a community in which parents, guardians, teachers and pupils value the importance of promoting learning not only in the classroom but also outside of school and of cultivating an attitude of critical think, self-motivation and thirst to learn in our young people. As we discussed at the event there are both short and longer term positive effects of homework and there are many ways in which we can ensure our young people develop a positive and engaged attitude towards their homework and learn to self-manage their work.
