Kris Eglitis is a member of a dance group called, ‘Big Dreams Young Dancers,’ who rehearse at Abbey Sports Centre every week. They have formed a group called, ‘City Leaders’ and their aim is educate people to stay away from gangs and drugs and to be good role models within our community. The main focus of the project has been the production of book which contains interviews with various members of the community and which contains the message about the dangers of falling into the wrong crowd. Once the book is complete Kris will bring some copies into school.
