The pupils were met by Jennifer Henriques an Adjudicator at the FOS, who explained the function of the organisation and FOS as a prospective career. This was followed by an introduction of the Chief Ombudsman (Caroline Wayman) and the Chairman of the board (Sir Nicholas Montagu KCB), which proved to be a real treat for the students who did not hold back their excitement.<\/span><\/p>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Candara, sans-serif; font-size: small;\">This was then followed by a \u201ccareer speed-dating\u201d activity, where the pupils were afforded the opportunity to interview employees at the FOS about their various roles and how they came to achieve them.
