The bank, Standard Chartered, has set up a training foundation called Goal, to empower adolescent girls using sport and life skills education to help make informed life choices. The two days provided the girls with the opportunities to meet new people and work on public speaking. They experienced the positive impact mindfulness and meditation can have when making important decisions and took part in various sporting activities that help improve self-belief and confidence. They were joined by many female professionals who gave motivational speeches to help inspire the younger generation in believing that anything is possible if you work for it. Greatfields were especially excited to meet three professional footballers from Liverpool Women\u2019s FC, who had also represented England at the 2012 Olympics and World Cup. The players were so impressed by the questions, answers and dedication from the girls that they presented Greatfields with a signed Liverpool shirt as thank you and well done.<\/p>\n<p>This was a great opportunity for Greatfields to attend and the girls were fantastic with approaching all aspects of the two days, with an open mind and full commitment.
