Greatfields School took part in our first ever Borough Athletics competition which resulted in a great success. Going up against household names\u00a0like Robert Clark, All Saints, etc, was always going to be a hard task to win any medals, however me managed to win 1 silver and 2 bronze. Seifeddine ran a fantastic 1500m race to finish second and earn a silver medal, whilst Danyl finished 3rd in the 800m and discus and earn himself 2 bronze medals. \u00a0This is a great start for our school and we hope to beat next year’s medal tally. Seifeddine’s and Danyl’s excellent achievements have led them to being called up to the Barking and Dagenham Athletics team where they will compete against other Boroughs next Wednesday. We wish them both good luck.<\/p>\n
