On Friday, 10 girls from Greatfields School took part in the Rugby Development Girls Festival at Barking Rugby Club. The session was led by the London School of Economics University women’s team. Our girls took part in various drills that included passing, kicking, tackling and rucking! Our girls wasted no time in getting muddy and their enthuasiam and effort throughout the day was excellent. The girls then had the opportunity to ask the LSE students questions on university life, rugby and their education. Our students’ behaviour was exemplary throughout the day. We hope our girls enjoyed this experience and were motivated to keep working hard in order to fullfill their true potential.<\/p>\n
