He talked about the importance of regular exercise, healthy eating and an adequate amount of sleep to ensure that students remain healthy. He highlighted the fact that obesity is one of the biggest problems facing the NHS at the moment. It was an extremely interesting presentation and the students learnt lots about the key to a healthy lifestyle.
