Robbie, who is an apprentice working with Birchall, talked to the students about his journey from school to eventually becoming an apprentice. The pride and enthusiasm which he demonstrated about his apprenticeship was inspirational. Arron spoke about his role in the company and the obstacles he has had to overcome in order to reach where he is today. Both speakers gave our students a lot to think about, and as always the students asked some very thought provoking and insightful questions of our speakers.
