The next 6-week programme will&nbsp;<strong>start on Wednesday 5<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;June 2024 from 6-8pm, via zoom<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the Parent Support Group we will provide signposting, reassurance, tips\/techniques on topics such as communication, self-care, increased resilience and coping mechanisms.
