certificates. The email will include details of the collection window, which typically runs from mid-December to the end of January.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schools are only required to keep exam certificates for a maximum period of <strong>12 months<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If, after contacting us, you find that we no longer hold your certificates, you will need to request a replacement directly from the Awarding Body.
